As groping on the subway is a serious problem in Japan, this sign is displayed at most the JR stations. The kanji read “perverts strictly prohibited” or something like that.
Perverts, however, are not prohibited from tokyoshoes.

I'm a MALE NURSE that mentioned a UROLOGY appointment in one of my blog entries. I also described a procedure involving the word URETHRA. A part of my job is to EXAMINE my patients. Since I work on a cardiology floor, I do CHEST EXAMS as a matter of routine. You would not believe the stuff that comes up on my referrer report :-)

nadine, since this is a pervert related topic, i want to know if the pic of the high heel shoes is you in the photography class post. it is very sexy and i mentioned this before but as of yet you have not said.
also i think that sign is "chikan" they have been posting signs like that for a while in the kansai area "chikan akan" an i think akan is kansai ben but i'm not sure.
