Wow, wow, wow!
I am very happy to share with you that tokyoshoes has just been featured in this month's Japanzine magazine as "Best of Japan on The Web 2003".
They call my site, "funny, smart, and they get around to lots of interesting places in Tokyo. It's everything a blog should be."
Right now I am feeling about like this:

I am the mom and I am hip but I did not wear this wig, it was Nadine's alone.
After a while it only stayed on with rubber bands but it was much loved by her for a long time.

Nadine, you look like the luckiest little girl in the whole world!! Congratulations! However, I need a little more convincing that that is actually a wig--hairstyles *were* big and bob-ish in the early 70s. Won't you just admit to having a very funky hairstyle back then....? ;-)
